Jefferson Clarke is the law enforcement advisor of the CFATF Secretariat, a position which he has held since April of 2007. Prior to joining the Secretariat he was a senior investigator with the Trinidad and Tobago Financial Investigations Unit, a position he held for the ten years preceding 2007.
A Trinidadian by birth, he is a graduate of the University of London Met. With a BSc in Computing and Information Systems, majoring in Internet and Intranet security.
